How exactly can you influence the development of the company:
• organize and maintain the occupational health and safety management system
• develop, update and implement instructions and internal occupational health and safety documents
• conduct introductory and periodic training for employees
• monitor employee compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
• participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents
• conduct evaluation occupational risks at workplaces
• organize training and knowledge tests on occupational safety
• interact with supervisory bodies (State Labor)
• maintain and systematize occupational safety documentation

Challenges for three months:
• conduct an initial assessment of the state of occupational safety in the company and identify the main risk areas
• define a list of mandatory documents and processes in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation
• develop and implement a basic package of occupational health and safety documents (orders, instructions, log books)
• organize introductory and initial briefings for employees
• form the basic elements of the occupational health and safety management system and prepare a plan for its further development

To achieve results, you will need:
• 5 years of work experience as an occupational health and safety engineer
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on health and safety work
• development experienceand implementation of internal instructions on occupational safety
• experience in conducting briefings and training employees
• experience in interaction with supervisory bodies (State Labor)
• skills in risk assessment and accident investigation
• experience in maintaining documentation on occupational safety
