Occupational safety engineer in Golovne upravlinnya Pensiynogo fondu Ukrayini v Ivano-Frankivskiy oblasti

Vacancy:Occupational safety engineer of the occupational safety and civil protection sector.

Place of work: Head office of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Ivano-Frankivsk region, city of Ivano-Frankivsk, 15 Sichovyh Striltsiv street.

Responsibilities:

1. implementation of compliance control in structural subdivisions of the Head Office current legislation, rules, standards, norms, regulations, instructions on labor protection, industrial sanitation;
2. development together with other divisions of the Main Department of comprehensive measures to achieve the established standards and increase the existing level of labor protection, plans, programs for improving working conditions, prevention of industrial injuries, occupational diseases, providing organizational and methodological assistance in the implementation of planned measures;
3. preparation of draft orders on protection issues of labor;
4. conducting, together with representatives of the structural units of the Main Department and representatives of the primary trade union organization of the Main Department, verification of employees’ compliance with the requirements of labor protection regulations;
5. preparation of reports on labor protection;
6. conducting introductory briefings on labor protection issues with employees;
7. keeping records and analysis of the causes of industrial injuries, occupational diseases, accidents at work caused by them damage;
8. informing employees about the main requirements of laws, other regulatory and occupational health and safety acts that are in force within the Main Directorate.

Qualification requirements:

1. higher technical education with a junior bachelor’s degree;
2. work experience: in the relevant field;
3. fluent command of the state language;
4. knowledge legislation:

• Civil Protection Code of Ukraine,
• ZU "On Labor Protection",
• Regulations on the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
