Occupational safety engineer in Inditex Ukraine

We are looking for a systematic and responsible Occupational Safety Engineer.

Main duties:

• Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with the legislation of Ukraine and corporate standards of Inditex in the field labor protection 

• Coordination of the occupational health and safety management system in the chain of stores and the central office in Kyiv. 

• Conducting professional risk assessments and internal security audits. 

• Development and updating of occupational health and safety policies, procedures and instructions. 

• Organization of employee training, briefings and evacuation drills. 

• Incident investigation, root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures. 

• Reporting preparation and interaction with store directors, HR-team and international Health & Safety team. 

What we expect from you:

• Higher education. 

• 2 years of experience in the field of occupational health and safety. 

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on labor protection. 

• Experience in conducting professional risk assessment and audits. 

   

• Developed communication and organizational skills
