MAIN TASK:

Control of ensuring compliance with labor and environmental protection standards at the enterprise.

TASKS AND DUTIES:

• control of ensuring compliance with labor protection standards at the enterprise,
• control of labor production discipline, norms and quality of personal protective equipment,
• proposals for improvement of production processes for the safe work of employees, compliance with legislation, labor regulation, work schedules,
• implementation of new ideas to improve work at the enterprise,
• analysis of possible risks,
• development of plans, step-by-step instructions for safe work for each position,
• development and implementation of a program to combat risks in terms of labor and environmental protection at the enterprise,
• organization and conduct of staff training on occupational and environmental protection, identification of training needs,
• organization of issuing work clothes, personal protective equipment. Analysis and processing of collected data.
• Ensuring the company's readiness for certification audits in accordance with ISO 45001.
• Performing an internal audit of occupational health and safety management systems.
• Expert support for the processes of hazard identification and risk assessment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• higher technical education (Ecology / Fire safety / Occupational safety),
• knowledge of legislation on labor and environmental protection,
• knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine,
• knowledge of document management, reporting,
• initiative, flexibility, desire to develop, focus on results, leadership skills, ability to work in a team.
• knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
• experience work in an international company will be an advantage
