Occupational safety engineer in MOODRO

We are looking for an occupational safety engineer who will build systemic occupational safety in the company and ensure compliance with requirements legislation.

Responsibilities

• monitor compliance with labor protection, fire and industrial safety requirements
• develop, update and maintain documentation on labor protection
• conduct introductory, initial, repeated and targeted trainings
• organize training and inspection of occupational health and safety knowledge
• analyze risks at workplaces and initiate measures to reduce them
• prepare the company for inspections and accompany them
• investigate accidents and issue relevant reports
• monitor the use of PPE and teach the rules of their use
• build a safety culture in the company, work with managers subdivisions

Requirements

• practical experience of working as an engineer for labor protection
• knowledge of the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection and fire safety
• experience in maintaining a complete package of documentation from OP
• skills in conducting briefings and training
• experience of interaction with regulatory bodies
• systematic, attention to details, high responsibility
• ability to convey requirements calmly and reasonedly

Will be an advantage

• experience of passing inspections without fines and regulations
• work with several locations or branches
• implementation of an occupational health and safety system "from scratch"
• knowledge or experience with ISO 45001
• experience in manufacturing or technical companies
