Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (technical and legal is preferred);
• High level of mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel): creation, formatting and automation of documents; work with formulas, summary tables, data processing;
• Driver's license category B;
• Resistance to stress, ability to convince, communicate.

Main functional duties:

• Participates in the Safety & Fire Gemba walk on the subject of compliance with fire safety and occupational health and safety rules, keeping a register of non-conformities and monitoring their timely elimination;
• Conducting education and training for workers in the field of occupational health and safety technology within the framework of professional qualifications and training;
• Conducting initial general training in the field of safety labor and safety of new employees;
• Development, revision of the company's internal procedures in terms of occupational health and safety issues;
• Participates in tender procedures for the analysis of permit documentation of contracting organizations for the performance of high-risk works;
• Participation in consultations during the design of new facilities, control over the fulfillment of approved requirements by contracting organizations;
• Keeping records, filling and storage of documents regarding accidents and occupational diseases;
• Investigation of accidents and occupational diseases and preparation of the necessary documentation in this regard;
• Participation and consultation in the development of internal instructions and rules on health and safety; reporting to regulatory bodies for compliance with safe working conditions. Organization of medical examinations.
• Support of the functioning of the occupational health and safety management system (ISO 45001) - occupational health and safety audits of structural units, contractor audits, etc.
• Obtaining permit documentation for high-risk work and high-risk equipment;
• Organization of annual expert technical inspections of equipment of increased danger;
• Certification of workplaces, detection of dangerous and harmful production factors at workplaces.
• Development, implementation of preventive works to prevent industrial injuries, occupational diseases and improvement of working conditions
• Ensuring maintenance offire alarm and fire fighting equipment.
• Critical thinking, the ability to work independently and in a team, focus on the result.
• Good communication skills, stress resistance.
• B driver's license is preferred (but we consider all candidates).
