Occupational safety engineer in Patmos, PP

PP "Patmos" company is looking for an employee to fill the vacant position of an occupational safety engineer and the additional duties of a real estate sales manager.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in the field of fire protection and man-made safety;
• Ability to analyze risks, develop and implement programs to improve working conditions.
• Ability to analyze the real estate market.
• Communicate with people.

The advantage will be:

• Experience in the position of an engineer in occupational safety and health;

Organization and control of compliance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection, fire and man-made safety;

Development and updating of the regulatory framework on occupational safety and health issues;

• Conduct briefings and training of employees;
• Conducting certification of workplaces;
• Analysis of risks and preparation of recommendations for improving working conditions;
• Maintenance of documentation and preparation of reports.
• Analysis of the real estate market.
• Sale of real estate.

Terms:

• Full-time employment;
• Salary: UAH 20,000 - 25,000;
• The company has about 50 employees.
