What we would like to see in your knowledge and skills:

• Higher education in the field of "Labor Protection", "Industrial safety" or related specialties;
• Experience of working in a similar position from 2 years (experience of working in companies with offices, mini-warehouses in the regions of Ukraine, working with a car fleet);
• Knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of occupational safety and fire safety;
• Experience of interaction with the State Labor, State Emergency Service and other controlling bodies;
• Ability to work with technical documentation, drawing up acts, orders, instructions;
• Responsibility, attention to details, organization.

• Organization and control of compliance with the requirements of labor protection, fire safety, and industrial safety legislation in the office, warehouses, and company fleet;
• Conducting briefings on occupational safety, training and knowledge testing of employees;
• Development and updating of internal regulatory documents (instructions, regulations, procedures);
• Maintenance of documentation on occupational safety and fire safety in accordance with the requirements of legislation;
• Control of the technical condition of fire alarms, notification systems, smokeremoval, fire extinguishers;
• Conducting briefings on fire safety and evacuation drills;
• Development and updating of evacuation plans, PB schemes, log books;
• Organization and control of medical examinations of employees;
• Organization of the operation of the company’s medical offices;
• Maintenance of schedules and control over the completion of mandatory medical examinations by employees;
• Control of availability of necessary medical examinations tools, first-aid kits, their staffing according to regulations;
• Preparation of the company for inspections by regulatory authorities, participation in inspections and audits;
• Control of the condition of collective and individual protection equipment;
• Cooperation with warehouse and fleet operation services on issues of safe operation of machinery, equipment and transport.
