Occupational safety engineer in BAYADERA GROUP

Bayadera Logistics ELIT Company is an importer and distributor of elite alcoholic beverages, is the exclusive representative in Ukraine of Diageo, Moet-Hennesy, Jagermeister, represents alcoholic beverages Captain Morgan, Johnnie Walker, Baileys, Glenmorangie, Moёt & Chandon, Cointreau, Metaxa and many others, is looking for a Occupational Safety Engineer to join the team.

Key duties of the position:

• Conducting daily control of all warehouses and administrative premises, working areas and equipment regarding compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Organization and control of occupational health and fire safety briefings, special training of responsible persons.
• Participation in the commissioning of new equipment, exclusively with the issuance of all necessary permit documentation for high-risk equipment.
• Organization of preliminary and periodic medical examinations personnel.
• Organization of providing employees with personal protective equipment, overalls and special shoes.
• Providing advice to managers on issues of compliance with the norms and requirements of occupational safety legislation.
• Keeping records, processing and storing all documentation regarding accidents and occupational diseases.
• Participation in the investigation of accidents, preparation of reports and supporting documents documentation.
• Participation in the development and updating of labor safety instructions.
• Preparation of reports.
• Notification of the identified risks or dangers and the organization of measures to eliminate them.

Requirements:

• Work experience of 3 years or more in companies with 300+ employees.
• Knowledge of legislation on labor protection, fire and electrical safety.
• Successful experience of passing inspections.
• Resolving complex issues.
• Issuing a permit documentation.
