Safety Engineer in Avalon

In in connection with the expansion of the Marketing Department - we are looking for an Occupational Safety Engineer for commercial real estate.

Our wishes:

< li> work experience of 2 years or more (in construction - will be an advantage); 
• knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on labor protection;
• knowledge of current rules and regulations on labor protection and the procedure for filling out documentation;
• excellent organizational skills.

Your tasks in the team:

• monitor compliance with standards and regulations on construction sites;
• ensuring the functioning of the security system labor and fire safety;
• implementation of the audit and control function of the General Contractor and subcontractors for compliance with the norms of the OP;
• coordination of work with the controlling bodies;
• maintenance of internal documentation of the OP ( plans, orders, protocols, knowledge tests, permits to work, prescriptions, etc.);
• conducting introductory briefings with all employees who are hired;
• designing and further maintenance of briefing logs ;
• organization of the certification of workplaces according to working conditions;
• control over the technical inspection of primary fire extinguishing equipment;
• control over the provision of workers with overalls and personal protective equipment ;
• making reports and presentations for employees.
