Weare looking for an Occupational Health and Fire Safety (OHS) Officer to work in the EnablingServices department.

Your future role will be such as:

  • development, implementation and control of internal policies, instructions, regulations and procedures on occupational health and fire safety;
  • ensuring compliance with the requirements of occupational health and fire safety legislation, including requirements for hybrid and remote work formats;
  • conducting risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and carrying out regular inspections of workplaces;
  • conducting briefings and training of employees on occupational safety and fire safety;
  • control of ensuring the full complementing of first aid kits in the office;
  • monitoring of the state of employee safety using internal systems and prompt launch of support mechanisms in case of injuries, incidents or emergency situations;
  • organization of training in first aid and tactical medicine;
  • control of mandatory medical examinations of employees in accordance with the requirements of the law;
  • ensuring availability and timely updating of all necessary occupational health and safety permits;
  • cooperation with other divisions of the company and international OS/NS teams to coordinate processes and standards.

What is important to us:

  • 2 years of work experience related to occupational health and safety;
  • English language skills at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
  • knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field occupational safety and fire safety;
  • skills for conducting briefings, audits and risk assessments;
  • understanding of the procedure for investigating accidents and occupational diseases;
  • experience of interaction with relevant regulatory bodies;
  • willingness to organize specialized trainings;
  • availability of occupational safety certifications will be an advantage (or the desire to obtain them);
  • organization, attention to details, responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking conditions;
  • willingness to work in an international environment and interact with global teams.
