An international apparel retailer is recruiting for an Occupational Health and Fire Safety Engineer Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and maintain occupational health and fire safety policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with local and state laws and regulations for all stores and offices on the territory of Ukraine; conducting regular security inspections and risk assessments to determine and implement corrective actions; perform audits in accordance with company procedures and legislation; provide expert advice and support to employees and management on occupational health and fire safety issues; organize and conduct official and corporate training programs to familiarize employees with safety policies and procedures; investigate accidents, incidents and accidents , as well as developing a strategy to prevent similar incidents; monitor new changes and legislation in the field of occupational health and fire safety and ensure their implementation and compliance in the company; cooperation with various departments to promote a safety culture and contribute to the continuous improvement of indicators in the field of occupational health and safety and fire safety; establishing good and effective working relations, maintaining contact with state and municipal authorities, representing the company during inspections and in any other relevant authorities on occupational safety and fire safety; ensuring proper and up-to-date documentation in all departments and at any time, as well as maintain proper documentation and company reports in an up-to-date state in accordance with local laws and company standards; assist the head of the safety and security department in performing additional tasks related to the activities of the security department.
