What you will have to do: Ensuring compliance with labor safety norms and rules in public catering establishments: Conducting an analysis of working conditions and identifying potential hazards. Development and implementation of measures to improve working conditions and reduce risks for employees. 2. Implementation of fire safety rules of Ukraine: Organization of fire-technical equipment and fire safety systems in catering establishments. Conducting staff training on actions in case of fire and use of fire extinguishers. 3. Development of documentation necessary for the functioning of catering establishments: Creation and implementation of instructions, regulations and procedures for occupational safety and fire safety. Keeping records of documentation on occupational safety and fire safety in accordance with the requirements of legislation. 4. Conducting audits and monitoring the implementation of corrective measures: Conducting scheduled and unscheduled audits regarding compliance with occupational safety and fire safety requirements. Identifying deficiencies and developing recommendations for improving safety in food establishments. In-depth knowledge of the legal framework for occupational safety and fire safety. Experience in developing documentation and conducting audits in catering establishments.
