Engineer for labor protection and ecology in Astarta-Kiyiv

• Your key tasks in the position:
• to carry out the organization of the SWOP at the enterprise, determines the strategy and priorities in the activity, forms annual work plans and budgets and bears personal responsibility for the performance of tasks and functions assigned to him
• conducts introductory briefings on labor protection, fire safety, TEB to citizens who are accepted for work in the structural units of the enterprise , employees of contracting organizations, visitors to the Enterprise on a business trip, pupils and students who have arrived for industrial (technological, pre-diploma, etc.) practice or industrial training.
• to supervise safety during the execution of construction and assembly works by subcontractors.
• participate in inspections, surveys of the technical condition of buildings, structures, equipment, machines and mechanisms, the efficiency of ventilation systems, the state of sanitary-technical devices, sanitary-household premises, means of collective and individual protection of workers, determination of their compliance with the requirements of normative legal acts on labor protection and in case of detection of violations that pose a threat to the life and health of workers or may lead to an accident.   
• take measures to stop the operation of machines, equipment and the performance of work in structural subdivisions, at sites, at workplaces, in case of violation of the rules of performance of work, or unsatisfactory technical condition of the equipment and equipment.   
• to carry out control over compliance with technological regimes of environmental protection objects, analyzes their operation, monitors compliance with environmental standards and regulations, the state of the environment in the area of ​​the enterprise.

• To be successful in the position you will need:

  • teamwork skills
  • skills to collect and analyze information on issues of environmental health and safety, etc. On the basis of the received data, plan the work of the enterprise in the indicated directions
  • know and be able to apply in practice the legislative requirements on environmental protection, labor protection and ecology
