Stable international company Ruukki Ukraine, which has been operating in Ukraine for 26 years in the field of production and implementation of roofing and facade materials and works according to the European standards of the global corporation ( www.ruukki.com/ukr) invites to its team a manager/engineer for issues of labor protection, quality and environmental safety /EHSQManager.

Place of work: production and warehouse complex in the village of Kopyliv, Buchanskyi (Makarivskyi) district , Kyiv region (Zhytomyr highway)

There is a service bus that takes employees from the city of Kyiv (from the Zhytomyrska metro station) to the production and warehouse complex in Kopyliv village

Omain requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher education (preferably technical). li>
• Education in the field of labor protection.
• Experience in a similar position at a production enterprise for at least 2 years (experience work in an international company is an advantage).
• Knowledge of current legislation in the field of labor protection and fire safety.
• Knowledge and experience in the application of 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma, Opex, ISO standards systems is desirable .
• Successful experience of passing inspections by regulatory bodies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English < strong>language at a level no lower than Intermediate (preparation of reports and communication with European colleagues);
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language is mandatory required.
• Skills in working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Outlook) at the level of a confident user.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the company's activities in matters of occupational safety and fire safety.
• Control of compliance with the requirements of legislation, rules, norms, regulations, instructions on occupational safety and fire safety.

• Participation in the organization of an effective occupational health and safety management system, implementation of corporate standards.
• Development of documentation on occupational health and safety issues, ensuring its proper design and preservation.
• Organization and implementation control measures for the safe performance of high-risk works.
• Conducting briefings on occupational safety and fire safety, organization of workplace certification.
• Organization of training for management, officials and employees of special categories issues of labor protection, fire safety, etc.
• Participation in the investigation of accidents at the enterprise and in the development of effective preventive measures.
• Ensuring timely corporate and local reporting.
• Control over the provision of workers with personal protective equipment, overalls, special shoes, etc.
• Control over compliance by employees with the rules for handling tools, equipment, and other means in accordance with the requirements of the rules from the OP and PB.
• Control over the condition of employees' workplaces and their compliance with regulatory OP and PB.
• Organization and control of preliminary and periodic medical examinations of workers in labor professions.
• Working with checking state bodies (inspections).
• Production quality control of products.
• Work with customer claims and claims to external suppliers.
• Support of internal audits, organization of work to maintain the implemented ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Control in compliance with the current environmental legislation, instructions, standards and regulations on environmental protection at the enterprise. Organization and control of waste disposal, control of emission limits.
