In connection with the expansion of the department, we are looking for an assistant for the labor protection department. 400">
Main tasks:
Conducting labor protection measures on outstaffing and personnel leasing projects:
- preparing training logs,
- and PB (orders, regulations, instructions, training programs),
- organization of certification of workplaces,
- organization of medical examinations,
- participation in accident investigations (in case of occurrence),
- work with state bodies in the field of labor protection.
- implementation of labor protection measures in the Company's offices (Ukraine), replenishment of medical first aid kit.
Requirements:
- Experience working in international companies will be an advantage;
- Experience as an office manager, administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs 365 and 1С 8.3.
