Requirements:

• Designs, implements, and maintains the organizations observability solutions across the application and infrastructure realms;
• Is an expert, and well-versed in Datadog and related tooling. Knows how to monitor and manage infrastructure, applications (esp. APM), and security through the use of Datadog;
• Develops monitoring and alert strategies in collaboration with other teams, and consults with / educates them on best practices with regard to Observability;
• Helps monitor and manage the costs of observability solution(s);
• Helps groups analyze and troubleshoot performance and issues across the stack from infrastructure/network through services, through application layers;
• Helps develop dashboards to present key metrics in collaboration with other teams, and in a form that is digestible by various audiences (executive to engineer);
• Participates in, and supports incident response activities through the use of observability systems and data;
• English level from Upper-Intermediate
