Our specialist: Participates in the creation of the RND & NPD strategy. , forms and manages a portfolio of NPD projects with the aim of timely launching products to the market. PRL (post launch review) analysis, makes PFA of NPD sales of products, if necessary, forms presentations for the direction, conducts work meetings from the direction and forms the protocol, monitors all fixed tasks within the defined timing Leads Private label projects Maintains a register of requests, briefs for new products, controls the formation of requests with all the necessary and approved inputs Formalizes and actualizes the NPD process Participates in the preparation of the NPD budget, programs and projects To perform these functions, you will need 2 years of experience in marketing/sales or production departments as a product manager in the FMCG sector; Knowledge of the basics of project management and economic evaluation projects/products; Confident knowledge of MS Office, 1C, Power Point, Outlook; English not lower than Intermediate; Ability to work in a team.
