Your key tasks:

• Analyze categories, competitors and buyer behavior;
• Generate new product ideas;
• Create product concept: positioning, value, KQA (key quality attributes);
• Prepare briefs for technologists and designers and coordinate the development process;
• Evaluate samples, test products, decide on improvements;
• Participate in determining price, margin and product launch strategy;
• Analyze launch results, sales, feedback and propose follow-up actions.

We will be great to work together if you:

• Experience in product development, category management, brand management or private label;
• You understand the specifics of FMCG or non-food categories, including work on the product and packaging;
• You have experience interacting with production, technologists or suppliers;
• You have skills in working with data, you know how to form hypotheses and test them qualitatively;
• You work in a structured, quickly and efficiently in multifunctional teams;
• You combine creativity with strong analytical thinking.
