- Understanding technological processes in a meat and sausage shop industry;
- Knowledge of quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the process of developing new products from idea to launch;
- Coordinates the work of R&D, marketing, production and others divisions;
- Analyzes the market, competitors and consumer trends;
- Forms requirements for the organoleptic characteristics of products;
- Controls deadlines, budgets and compliance of new products with the stated characteristics at all stages of NPD;
- Organizes comparative tastings and draws up reports on the results;
- Preparation of documentation (briefs, technical specifications, tasting reports);
- Proposes ideas for packaging new products;
- Forms requests for costing, analyzes formulations and generates proposals for cost optimization;
- Manages the life cycle of new products, controlling, together with the category manager, the main indicators: turnover, distribution, sales volumes.
