Responsibilities:

- Active search and recruiting candidates for non-technical positions at various levels (from middle to C-level).

- Develop search strategies, create pools of relevant candidates and track candidate progress.

- Use different channels for searching candidates, including social networks, professional platforms, job sites and other resources.

- Conduct screenings and provide feedback to both the client and the candidate.

- Communicate with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.
