Non-Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

- Active search and recruiting candidates for non-technical positions at various levels (from middle to C-level).

- Develop search strategies, create pools of relevant candidates and track candidate progress.

- Use different channels for searching candidates, including social networks, professional platforms, job sites and other resources.

- Conduct screenings and provide feedback to both the client and the candidate.

- Communicate with candidates at all stages of the recruiting process.

- Assist in organizing interviews with hiring managers, collect feedback and provide it to candidates as needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.

- Ability to manage the full cycle of recruiting: from finding candidates, conducting screenings, interviews and negotiations to candidate adaptation.< /p>

- Successful experience closing non-technical positions.

- Ability to multi-task and work independently.

- Ability to interview and evaluate candidates.

p>- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.

- Experience with various candidate sourcing tools and platforms.

- Written and spoken English at B1 level or above.

- Initiative and persistence with excellent communication skills.
