Hiring process:

We do not conduct "ten" interview stages, because we value both your time and ours. Pass only 2 stages - introduction and technical interview, it will be conducted by the Head of Recruitment.

How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• implementation of the full cycle recruiting process using standard and non-standard selection methods
• interaction with heads of departments - clarification of needs, resolution of organizational issues, related to interviews, etc.
• building and establishing business contacts and forming a warm base of candidates for the possibility of attracting the necessary specialists
• determining optimal search paths, finding non-standard and effective ways to close vacancies
• analysis of the labor market
• participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, internal corporate work
• participation in other HR projects of the company
• participation in the development of the employer brand

Challenges for three months:
• adaptation in the team and collective
• familiarization with recruiting processes
• closing the vacancynsii according to the agreed deadlines

To achieve results, you will need:

• experience in recruiting from 3 years
• successful experience in closing the administration of Senior+ level personnel (lawyers, accountants, designers, marketers, analysts, etc.)
• possession and successful use of modern methods and tools of personnel selection, knowledge of different methods of personnel search
• ability to interest the candidate in the company, vacancies
• ability to work in multitasking mode
• orientation on the result, the ability to analyze
• flexibility, sociability, the ability to find an approach to people, the ability to listen and hear
• independence, the ability to set priorities, responsibility
• competent written and oral language

Desirable experience, we will teach you if you do not know or do not know how:

• experience in conducting competency-based interviews
• experience in using non-standard search and selection methods

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
