We also help working Ukrainian IT businesses to enter the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America and the USA. Perla Helsa has recently become one of such partners for us. This is a well-known Ukrainian brand of vitamins and dietary supplements for health and beauty. Now Perla Helsa is looking for a Non-tech Recruiter to join the team, who enjoys his job, is constantly developing and is open to new challenges. What you will need to do:— Recruiting a full cycle of non-technical vacancies.— Close cooperation with hiring managers.— Work with various search channels (job sites, social networks, Telegram channels, etc.).— Conducting HR interviews using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the requirements of the vacancy.— Market monitoring and generation of ideas to improve the flow of resumes and their further conversion.— Maintaining a database (working with ATS).— Improvement of recruiting policies/processes in the company. What is important for us:— Experience in the position of full-cycle recruiter from 1 year.— Knowledge of the main search sources, methods of candidate selection and interview technician.— Flexibility and adaptability.— Good communication skills.— English from B2.
