Non-tech Recruiter in CLUST

It is a well-known Ukrainian brand of vitamins and dietary supplements for health. Now Perla Helsa is looking for a Non-tech Recruiter to join the team enjoys his job, constantly develops and is open to new challenges. What will be required to do:—Recruiting a full cycle of non-technical vacancies.—Close cooperation with hiring managers.—Working with various search channels (job sites, social networks, Telegram channels, other).—Conducting HR interviews using modern approaches to evaluate candidates who meet the job requirements.—Market monitoring and generating ideas for improving the flow of resumes and further conversion.—Maintaining a database (work with ATS).—Improving the company's recruiting policies/processes For us, it is important:—Experience in the position of a full-cycle recruiter from 1 year.—Knowledge of the main search sources, candidate selection methods and modern interview techniques.—Flexibility and adaptability.—The ability to quickly process large amounts of information and concentrate on the current task.—Good communication skills .—English from B2.
