Nomenclature specialist in NDA Recruitment

Our partner is a leading company in the field of high-tech solutions that is actively scaling and improving internal business processes. To support the efficient operation of management and document management systems, we are looking for a Nomenclature Specialist who will be responsible for the correctness and consistency of product data and their characteristics. 

Main duties:

• systematization and creation of new product items in the company database; 
• keeping product cards: updating information on names, technical characteristics, codes and categories; 
• synchronization of names of the same product from different suppliers; 
• ensuring consistency of names in financial, accounting and technical documentation; 
• cooperation with technical, purchasing and accounting divisions for the correct display of the nomenclature; 
• checking the conformity of information about goods in various systems (ERP, 1C, etc.); 
• analysis of errors and inaccuracies in documents related to product names; 
• maintaining the relevance of technical and descriptive characteristics in accordance with company standards; 
• implementation of changes in the nomenclature in accordance with new regulations or requirements.
