Lead the development group inadiscipline:—Hold regular discipline evolution meetings with all the engineers ofthe discipline;—Conduct workshops, present new frameworks, libraries, etc.2. Set updiscipline standards:—Develop and document standards and best practices;—Lead byexample the discipline standards;—Control that standards are respected onall projects;—Identify reusable components between products.3. Manage technical debt:—Organise process ofregistering, grooming, planning oftechnical debt;—Validate technical debt resolution;—Report ontechnical debt.4. Manage the discipline evolution process.5. Guide technical decisions within projects:—Participate inpreparation ofthe technical architecture ofnew big/important functionality;—Project technical assessment.6.
