Node.js Team Lead in Finsfera

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Team Lead to join our team of talented developers at Finsfera. You will be responsible for managing the development and support of our internal and external projects, as well as conducting technical audits and ensuring high product quality. Responsibilities: Ensuring timely completion of tasks and achievement of set goals. Participation in the development of the technical development strategy of the product and ensuring its implementation .Participation in the adoption of key technical decisions and optimization of development processes.Requirements:Experience as a Team Lead for at least 2 years.In-depth knowledge of Node.js, GraphQL/Apollo server, Express.js, PostgreSQL, React, Next.js technologies.Experience technical leadership and interaction with various teams, including frontend, backend, design and QA. Ability to actively write software code and conduct code reviews. Ability to plan and responsibility for meeting deadlines.
