Node.js (Nest) Back End Engineer in Launch Fabriq

We are in need of a skilled Node.js (Nest) Back End engineer to join our product development team.

We are developing a new version of our product - SaaS to shift the market of hiring and recruiting in Tech.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Node.js and Rest API development and have experience working independently. The engineer will collaborate closely with our product team to create a quick, reliable API for our new product.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the product team to understand product vision and requirements.

- Be a tech expert for the team and provide the relevant vision of the tech development of the product.

- Develop, test, and deploy the back-end side and API of the product.

- Develop the admin panel, including the front-end part, using the existing templates/frameworks.

- Test and document developed code.

- Work closely with the product team to implement design specifications correctly.

- Provide product recommendations based on a strong understanding of technology.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in  Nest.js, Rest API, and product end2end development (back end part), covering segments: auth, 3rd party integrations (social networks, payments), user profiling, data extraction, and processing (various sources, incl. pdf), multi-factor filtering, deploys, and product launches.

- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL. Great knowledge of SQL (Sequelize).

- Experienced in AWS in deploys would be a plus.

- Experience in setting up logging, and monitoring using various tools for data displaying.

- Nice to have - full-stack front-end experience: React JS + great experience with reducers, ES6, ready components to use.

- Good in math, weighted calculations, and probability theory.

- Experience in security and proven ability to treat enhanced security by default.

- Strong product focus, understanding of startup approach, what is SaaS, and user-centered approach.

- Nice to have an understanding (how it works, experience in development) of the segment of HR/recruiting/online learning/social web product.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting.

- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills.

- A good level of English is a must.
