Your primary focus will beonbuilding and maintaining aworld-class NOCteam. Responsibilities:Responsible for managing and coordinating one ofNOC team shifts. All aspects ofline management ofateam of24/7NOC Engineers including: 1:1s, holiday approvals inline with anagreed rota, six month reviews, absence management etc. Provide encouragement toteam members, supporting with queries, escalations and ensuring workloads are allocated; inaddition, coaching the team, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training orskill checks Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints Supporting NOC through the consolidation ofmonitoring systems and moving toamore streamlined way ofworking. Ensuring NOC adherence toagreed SLAs and quality standards. Own the Incident management process: drives incident management, monitoring, tracking, and ensuring that SLAs are met. You will berequired toupdate senior stakeholder’s atregular intervals. Point ofcontact for NOCescalations, both external and internal. Develops and Implements new solutions, strategies, and processes for the Team.  NOC’s standard operating procedures. Support work schedules for 24×7x365coverage. Provides input toimprove stability, security, efficiency, and scalability ofprocesses and procedures.  Monitoring the performance and capacity ofall systems inreal time and responding toalerts inreal-time. Support WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) ofprocesses and procedures used throughout normal operations. Participate and coordinate internal projects. Requirements:5+years ofexperience working inhigh pressure, dynamic environments. Proven experience incoordinating projects involving ateam of4or more individuals. Upper Intermediate English level orhigher.  Must beflexible, with regard toworking hours. Excellent communication skills— both written and verbal. Anability and interest inunderstanding new technologies and integrating them into existing workflow and processes. Anability toexplain technical content tonon-technical audiences. Agenuine interest incontinuous improvement with excellent analytical skills tospot and progress improvement opportunities within the team. Substantial and relevant experience ofsupporting network and infrastructure services and solutions.  Good client facing and client management ability with highly-developed communication and conflict-management skills Tactically astute with acontrolled sense ofurgency. Ability toremain calm and professional under pressure. Experience with Atlassian products (jira, confluence), ServiceNow (SNOW), MSOutlook and Teams.  Basic understanding ofDynatrace, Grafana, Icinga, Kibana, Prometheus, Zabbix.   Nice tohave:Relevant certifications inIT management, project management, specific technologies, orleadership will beadvantageous and demonstrate acommitment toongoing professional development.
