The general purpose of the position. The main functional duties: Collection, processing and analysis of information about the state of the equipment: GSM networks at different levels: CS Core: HLR, MSS, MGW.PS Core: SGSN, GGSNRAN: BSC, RNC, eNodeB, RBS equipment of the transport network at its different levels: Core NetworkDistribution NetworkRAN Network in the Netcool system /IBM. Initial assessment of the situation, determination of the cause and location of the accident, etc., if necessary, involvement of specialized units to solve more complex cases. Informing about the state of the network to restore communication and services; Monitoring the progress of disaster recovery and planned network maintenance and development work. Qualification requirements for candidates: Higher technical education or a student of the last years. Priority for students majoring in: Telecommunications and Radio equipment: KPI/RTF; UNDIZ; Taras Shevchenko University Understanding the basic principles of IP Networking. Knowledge of building network architecture is desirable: GSM/UMTS/LTE.
