NOC Engineer in Adtelligent

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position such as NOC/Tech Support engineer
• Basic Linux OS knowledge (Ubuntu, Redhat)
• Network troubleshooting and configuration
• Basic Bash knowledge
• Monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, drive to prevent incidents
• Be innovative, learn new tools and best practices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI)
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Implement monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Collaborate with development teams using Git for version control
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the NOC team to ensure efficient operations
• Ensure up-to-date and accessible documentation from DevOps for the NOC team
• Manage team schedules, ensuring 24/7 coverage and balanced workloads
