NLP/AI Engineer in VML Enterprise Solutions

On  B2B contract  we offer salary between 13000 - 17 000 PLN monthly and:

On  Contract of Employment,  we offer 11000 - 15 000 PLN gross monthly and (in addition to the above): 

• Annual bonus dependent on company profit

• Experience in coding using Python
• Proven practical business experience in using AI technologies to solve real business cases
• Solid knowledge foundations around NLP (Natural Language Processing) and some linguistic concepts (syntax, semantics, context, knowledge graphs)
• Hands-on experience with langchain/llamaindex
• Experience in developing RAG-based applications
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompting techniques
• Understanding Generative AI capabilities
• Experience with Optical character recognition (OCR) and knowledge of Computer Vision challenges (Image & Video processing)
• Experience with Deep Learning platforms: TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with Machine Learning Toolkit in either OpenCV, Scikit-learn, Pandas or similar
• Rapid prototyping skills
• Algorithmic and heuristic problem-solving skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with DSP and LLM fine-tuning methods
• Practical knowledge of Computer Vision problems (Image & Video processing): Object detection, Image segmentation, Image classification
• Experience with multiple Computer Vision cloud products (Azure Computer Vision, Google Cloud Vision, Clarifai)
• Hands-on experience in testing AI solutions (KPIs, testing heuristics)
• Experience with cloud-native software development using AWS and Docker
• Experience with software delivery tools and paradigms like: GitHub, GH Actions, JIRA, CI/CD processes
