Responsibilities: Independent daily monitoring of news in the region covered by Drone, and writing them; Monitoring the development of situations relating to already published news. Updating published news, if necessary; Willingness and ability to work with formats outside of news (explainer, interviews); Duplicating published news on social networks Telegram and X (Twitter). Assisting the editor-in-chief in communicating with freelancers, officials, sources, etc. .Requirements: Ideal Russian language, allowing you to write and publish news independently and efficiently; Good command of the Ukrainian language is desirable; English language proficiency is desirable at a level that allows you to actively monitor/quote Western news agencies and other media (Reuters, POLITICO, The Washington Post, etc.) .d.);Previous experience as a news editor in a large media (possibly regional) for at least 2 years;Perfect knowledge of the political situation in Ukraine, the development of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
