Basic tasks:

• Full support of new TM product launch projects from idea to serial production

• Communication with customers regarding the development of new products under their TM

• Formation of technical tasks for internal divisions (R&D, production, procurement, marketing)

• Coordination of the process of developing recipes, packaging and specifications

• Control of the implementation dates of new SKU launch projects

• Participation in the calculation of the cost of new products

• Interaction with the sales department and technologists at the stage of test launches

• Analysis of the market and competitive environment

• Product life cycle management

Our candidate:

• Has experience work in FMCG / food production

• Understands new product launch processes in production

• Able to work with several projects at the same time
• Has experience working with TM or B2B clients (will be an advantage)

• Possesses high communication and organizational skills

• Oriented on results and meeting deadlines

• Has analytical thinking and systematic approach to work

Income level:

Fixed rate + bonus part for launching new SKUs and meeting deadlines.

Recommended:

• Rate: from UAH 35,000 to 60,000 (depending on experience)

• Bonus for launching each product into serial production
