We are looking for a person who can answer warm questions and a real hunter. A hunter who is able to conduct a successful "hunt" for a client and loves to feel success at the end of the day in the form of a concluded contract. What tasks should our candidate have? In a role that will take approximately 40-50% of the time: Contact with warm customers from own campaigns/enquiries. Closing the value proposition – the sales process. In the role of a hunter, which will take up 50-60% of the time: He starts by analyzing the buyer persona and what company solutions should be sold at a given moment. With a twinkle in his eye, he moves on to prospecting and then selects optimal hunting methods, e.g. linkedin, cold calling, events... The first contact comes easily, regardless of whether it is a text message, phone call, "talking" at an event... He thinks quickly and connects the dots as an experienced interlocutor , and at the same time listens to the customer's needs and combines them with solutions. However, his greatest joy comes from the moment when negotiations end with a mutually beneficial agreement - cooperation. So the focus is on achieving closure. He attaches importance to the standardization of customer handover and contact with the implementation during the offer - so that colleagues can take care of delivering value. He looks at the company as a system of communicating vessels. It focuses on mutual cooperation with implementation, partnership. Why is it worth being with us?
