Currently, we need a person who is actively involved in sales development and can improve this process. We like working with dynamic and unconventional people who want to improve their sales development. What we do? We are a Growth agency that helps scale businesses in the B2B and e-commerce industries using proven strategies already implemented by dozens of clients. We increase revenues, leads and business profitability for our clients. Who are we looking for? There are two specialists in our team and we are looking for someone who will complement us and support us in achieving our goals. We will work well with a charismatic person who likes challenges and is experienced in sales. It is best if you are from Krakow or the surrounding area, because work in our department is mostly stationary with the possibility of remote work after the implementation period. What we offer? In our sales department, a specialist earns an average of 5-14k net per month on a B2B or mandate contract. We operate a base system plus bonuses. As is often the case in sales, the amount of remuneration depends on the commission. It is possible to obtain PZU insurance and activate the Medicover Sport card. What do we require? First of all, the ease of establishing relationships and the advisory approach. We would like the person to have experience in B2B sales, not necessarily in our industry - we will teach everything :) Our expectations We are looking for people who have experience in sales and this is our priority when selecting a person for the team.
