What do we expect from you? 1. The full cycle of selling offers to customers — from the first contact to signing the contract 2. Participation in the development of sales strategies and business development 3. Participation in the preparation and defense of tender proposals4. Leadership of the team in the preparation of offers to clients, feedback, constant improvement of the quality of the agency's products5. Preparation and presentation of company services, commercial offers6. Assessment and processing of incoming requests from advertisers, as well as independent customer engagement7. Preparation of presentations and estimates for clients8. Preparation and audit of tender documentation9. Developing relationships with current clients, evaluating and processing feedback from clients10. Visiting specialized events and conferences11. Agency brand ambassador What experience do you have? 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development in a digital/creative agency. 2. Experience in communication and work with national brands and market leaders. 3. Excellent relationship building skills4. The ability to think with the client's needs in mind. 5. Excellent oral and written communication skills for formulating solutions and value propositions6. Orientation to achieve results7. Proactivity.
