New business developer in Leadmasters

We are a dynamically developing marketing agency specializing in B2B lead generation and conversion and UX optimization for e-commerce.

Our main goal is to support our clients in increasing their sales and obtaining inquiries through effective campaigns on Facebook, Google, email marketing and marketing automation.

Due to the development of our team, we are looking for a Business Developer to join our team.

Tasks:

• Actively acquiring new customers and handling incoming leads.
• Analyzing the needs of potential customers and adapting our services to their requirements.
• Preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms of cooperation.
• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Work with the team to improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

Expectations:

• Understanding of business principles - we mainly talk with the owners :)
• Knowledge of sales techniques.
• High ethics.
• Responsibility.
• Goal orientation.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and adapt the offer.
• High negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Independence, initiative and goal orientation.
• Very good knowledge of English or another language (German, Spanish)
