In anticipation of increasing scale and complexity of the business we’re now looking for a New Acquisition Specialist . The role aims to seek clients from enterprise beauty and non-beauty sectors, maintain the current portfolio of enterprise clients, actively sell and promote new programs such as Benefit Booksy and e-commerce, engage in building sales and post-sales processes within the enterprise area, and expand and develop the Booksy API from a business perspective.
Your responsibilities:
- Conducting sales conversations about SaaS and Boost, both over the phone and online, with clients acquired by: the MRC company, the SDR team, and directly.
- Collecting necessary information before talking to a client.
- Conducting market research to take necessary actions to adapt to client needs or trends.
- Creating product demos and assisting potential clients with the initial setup of the application according to their needs.
- Reaching out to decision-makers of potential clients.
- Responding to client objections.
- Building relationships with clients.
- Recording activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Supporting and collaborating with the Onboarding team for proper client activation.
- Conducting sales activities in accordance with the company's pricing policy and sales conditions.
- Managing customer relationships from the first contact through the onboarding process.
- Representing the company at trade shows or events to acquire current and potential Booksy clients.
- Participating in designated meetings and training sessions.
- Participating in ad hoc projects.
Our requirements:
- Very good knowledge of the Booksy product.
- 2-4 years of sales experience.
- Knowledge and ability to use sales techniques.
- Very good knowledge of Google Suite.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce (managing the sales funnel, working with sales leads, marking activities, analyzing sales and commission charts and reports).
- Proactive use of social networks to build the company's external authority and acquire and maintain customer relationships.
- Very good knowledge of English (B1+).
- Welcome: knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
