• Control of commercial policy compliance in local networks.
• Analysis of the performance of sales and other KPIs established by the company in local networks.
• Drawing up a schedule of marketing activities according to the development project through regional managers.
• Document flow for cost control, inventory control.
• Controlling the introduction of new SKUs.
