We are looking for a creative Reputation Manager/SERM-manager"> for our partner, it is an international digital holding that operates in foreign markets (represented in 50+ countries of the world) and provides complex solutions in the field of marketing.

What will you do:

• Monitoring span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">comments/mentionsbrand in  on the Internet on profile sites;

• Interaction with contractors in English, monitoring their effectiveness;

• Interaction withwith a support departmentfor the purpose of handling customer complaints/appeals;

• Maintenance and updating of the database of customer requests;

• Formation of a feedback strategy in terms of email activities;

• Weekly and monthly preparation of reports on efficiency and work results.

What is required of you:

• Experience of working in positionsofSERM manager or PR manager from 1 year;

• Knowledge of the English language is not lower than B1;

• Experience with advanced user level;

• Experience with the following tools: Ahrefs/Semrush, Brand24/YouScan/Looqme or similar monitoring tools and systems;

An additional plus will be:

• experience with review sites Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Reviews.io and others.
