Network Engineer with English or French @ Cyclad in Cyclad

For our client, a leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation, we are looking for a Network Engineer to join a network team focused on Data Center environments, where the key aspects are high service availability and security. The person in this position will have the opportunity to work in a multi-vendor environment, with a wide range of technologies, such as: switching technologies in data centers, routers, firewalls, load balancing, configuration and maintenance of VPN connectivity, and others.

Project information:

• Location: Katowice or Kraków or Gdańsk or Wrocław or Opole or Lublin (one of the locations depending on the candidate's place of residence, business trips are not required)
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 7am-6pm (8h) plus on-call duty

Requirements:

• Experience with network security technologies including firewalls, IPSec,  VPN remote access, SSL, NAC solutions (Cisco focus ISE).
• Knowledge of Layer 2 and Layer 3 high availability protocols and standards (including HSRP, FW/LB clustering, Nexus VPC).
• Extensive knowledge of wireless technologies (primarily Cisco-based).
• Understand DNS/DHCP technology.
• Practical knowledge of various operating systems (MS Windows, Unix/Linux).
• Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).
• Knowledge of French will be an additional advantage.
