We invite a network engineer for technical support of corporate clients to join our team! What will you do: technical support for the company's corporate clients; monitoring the state of the data transmission network; control of planned and emergency work; debugging and support of network monitoring systems; setting up network equipment; coordination of actions to eliminate problems with client services; acceptance of escalation from engineers to solve critical issues regarding the operation of services and equipment. You are our ideal candidate if: you have a higher specialized education (telecommunications); you have work experience in a similar position; you are a confident PC user; you know the protocol stack: TCP / IP, MPLS, VPN, QinQ; you know and understand the operation of monitoring systems (Cacti, Zabbix, IBM Tivoli Netcool, Cisco Prime Optical); you know how to work with the entire range of network equipment, configuration, prevention of loops; you are capable of learning, you know how to make decisions independently and you want to work.
