Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage network-related tasks and projects for the client and its customers.
• Independently execute assigned technical projects (provisioning & upgrading of firewalls, routers, switches, wireless access points).
• Analyze data and build Cybersecurity forensics summary reports for customers and auditors.
• Address incoming tasks via a ticketing system
• Understand the customer’s requirements and assist in the technical issues and processes.
• Always aim to complete open technical tasks and projects.
• Use the company’s standard product and services portfolio to create suitable solutions.
• Meticulously document all technical, project and other customer and internal technical work.

Requirements:

• 5+years of progressive work experience with emphasis on network equipment management and m e.
• Good knowledge of Fortinet products.
• Previous experience working at an MSP is highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of VLANs, VPNs (IPsec & SSL VPN), SD‐WAN, routing (mostly BGP), VRF, 802.1x based on Radius and Cisco equipment, EtherChannel.
• Advanced Firewall administration experience of any of the following Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, Palo Alto, Juniper is a must. . Understand Fortinet ZTNA solution. Good understanding of UTM inspections on firewalls like WEB Filtering, Application Control, AntiVirus inspection, and Deep SSL inspection.
• Experience with Windows AD and PowerShell scripting. Office365 SAML authentication and related to its settings.
• Windows and public certificates infrastructure (issuing, revoking, verification). Experience with Linux (basic knowledge of network and services debugging).
• Level 4-7 and higher Fortinet engineers preferred.
• Experience with Management applications (SNMP-based monitoring systems, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer).
• Experience with Cybersecurity applications like FortiSIEM and Vulnerability scanners, etc. preferred.
• Familiarity with Enterprise WIFI Controller driven solutions, Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet. Problem diagnostic, fix, and optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Science, technical college or equivalent work experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi‐task and work in a fast‐paced environment

As a plus:

• Preference given to those pursuing CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, JNCIA, JNCIS etc.
• ConnectWise University is a plus.
