Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD) was created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of ensuring children's rights.

The main purpose of the position

Ensure the strategic, organizational and operational development of the UMPD, the representation of the organization's interests at the national level and strengthening its influence on the state policy in the field of children's rights.

Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic management

• Coordinating the development of a multi-year strategy for the development of UMPD.
• Organizing the preparation and implementation of annual program and operational plans.
• Monitoring the implementation of strategic goals and evaluating the achievement of results.

2. Network management and organizational development

• Managing the development of the network, supporting effective interaction between member organizations.
• Coordinating the work of the Secretariat and operational planning of team activities.
• Development, updating and implementation of internal policies and procedures of the organization.
• Ensuring sustainable organizational development of UMPD.

3. Partnerships and representation

• Support and development of partnership relations with state bodies, international organizations, donors, civil society.
• Participation in external meetings, events, working groups and expert platforms.
• Representation of the interests of UMPD at the national and international levels.
• Formation and support of the positive image of UMPD.

4. Working with donors

• Maintaining communication with donors.
• Coordinating the preparation of program and financial reporting.
• Participating in the development of new project initiatives and ensuring their compliance with the strategic goals of the network.

5. Other tasks

• Performance of other managerial and organizational tasks aimed at the development of UMPD.

Working conditions:

• UMPD concludes a contract for the provision of services with a natural person-entrepreneur of the 3rd group;
