In connection with the development of the network, our company has a vacancy: development manager (search for real estate) Requirements for candidates: higher education (economics) , construction, legal); work experience as a development manager (commercial real estate leasing specialist) from 2 years; knowledge of the commercial real estate market (east, center, south of Ukraine); experience in searching for real estate for opening new stores; experience in conducting location analysis for the opening of new stores in the chain; experience in negotiating and concluding lease agreements for commercial real estate; willingness to travel; having a personal car is a must; initiative, responsibility, quick learner.
