Manager for the search for premises (manager for the search for real estate objects)

Goal: Search for commercial real estate objects for opening new supermarkets of the VARUS chain, signing contracts rent.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Higher education in construction, law, economics is desirable;
• Work experience of at least 2 years in a similar position as a realtor in commercial real estate, etc.;
• Negotiating skills with first-person owners
• Knowledge of the commercial real estate market of the region;
• Skills in working with commercial real estate lease agreements, knowledge of technical moments of carrying out repair and construction works;
• Readiness for short-term business trips;
• Responsibility, purposefulness, perseverance, punctuality, competent speech.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of the real estate market in the region, conducting geomarketing research;
• Search for real estate objects to accommodate Varus supermarkets in accordance with the approved formats and requirements in the given region;
• Analysis and economic justification of the parameters of the object for opening a supermarket;
• Negotiations regarding the terms of renting premises, achieving the necessary parameters;
• Collection and analysis of title documents and the conclusion of a lease agreement for the object;
• Maintenance of a database of real estate objects;
• Formation of reports on completed and planned work.
