What you will do: Search for rental properties for new stores in accordance with the development plan in the entrusted territory. Conduct initial negotiations with landlords regarding the terms of renting premises. Conduct an examination of the location of proposed rental properties for the opening of new TTs. Organize the signing of lease agreements for new TTs in accordance with the established standards. What we expect from you: The ability to carry out an initial assessment of capital costs. Experience in proofreading lease and sublease agreements based on commercial conditions. Knowledge of the main criteria for the success of leased facilities. Knowledge of the commercial real estate market. Location search and traffic measurements, as well as visits to the location. Established connections with shopping centers and shopping centers will be considered an advantage. Confident PC user — MS Office (Excel, Word).
