Network development manager in Epicentr K

In the team of the national network "Epicenter K" we invite a Manager for the development of the post office network (Lviv, Volynska, Rivne, Ternopil regions).

Your tasks:

• search and evaluation of locations for installing post machines with taking into account traffic, accessibility and commercial activity;
• checking the technical suitability of locations in accordance with the company's requirements;
• communication and conducting negotiations with the owners or managers of facilities regarding the conditions for placing post offices;
• documentary support and concluding lease agreements and location status accounting;
• coordination of interaction with company divisions regarding the installation of post offices;
• control of the profitability of existing post offices.

• experience of conducting successful negotiations in various fields;
• knowledge and understanding of the specifics of the commercial real estate market;
• work experience from the 1st year on for the position of development manager is a mandatory condition;
• readiness for business trips on a permanent basis;
• high level communication skills, initiative;
• a car and a driver's license.
