Responsibilities:

1. Analysis of the rental market.
2. Search for premises for opening a VDC (diagnostic center branch)
3. Negotiations with lessors, effective resolution of issues related to the operation of objects.
4. Control of the terms of the lease agreement, their compliance with the interests of the company and current legislation. Keeping a register of contracts and fulfilling the terms of validity, completion or extension of contracts, timely conclusion of additional agreements.
5. Control of the timeliness of calculations and preparation of primary documentation for lease contracts and communal services.
6. Interaction with communal property authorities, organization of participation in tenders.
7. Reporting.

Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hybrid work format

Our requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education
• Work experience of 3 years or more in the field of real estate
• Fluent PC skills. Experienced user of MS OFFICE.
• High level of communication and negotiation skills. Business communication/correspondence skills.
• Skills for working with large volumes of information and documents, creating databases.
• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian real estate market.
• Readiness for business trips.
